  1. That exhibition is so crowded I am impressed you were able to get space to stand and draw. I had never heard of this artist until this exhibition; he is a wonderful painter, a new favourite of mine now.

  2. Yes, I had to draw from glimpses through the crowds. But I loved that whole room – ‘Gardens of Silence’ and that artist in particular!
