Sky Garden, drawing on to a wash painted in London on Saturday
Pen, watercolour
A5

I made a wash of the background from life on Saturday and then drew the levels on this evening.

In the Sky Garden – a lovely place to sit and draw with the garden and an amazing view across Canary Wharf.

Winter sunset through trees, seen whilst driving home, from memory.

A memory of a lattice of trees – this morning the sky was a clear blue and whilst walking between buildings I glimpsed a brightly coloured building with a lattice of bare branches in front of it.

Mossy winter trees . A remembered image from late last week. I was struck by the bright green mossiness on the trunks and the very dark sky behind the trunks.
