   These are not just quick sketches. These drawings are pretty time-consuming and elaborate. I am an artist too. I get such pleasure out of your work and the idea of all this…….I think I mentioned to you I posted an online show of 100 collages, one a day. The sketch thing is appealing. Although, Jean, these are really drawings. Not sketches. They exist in and of themselves.

     Thanks, Hollis, yes, over the last two years I have found the daily drawing often becoming more than a quick sketch – certainly over the last 6 weeks I feel the positive effect of the daily practice on what and how I draw. I often use collage in my prints and would like to experiment further with it.
